CHAPMAN GROVE WINES
The alternative was to have a system custom built from scratch. But for a start up, the cost of something like that was prohibitive. So Ron Fraser, owner of Chapman Grove Wines, continued his search until finding EXO. “Straight away, EXO seemed to have the functionality we needed,” he said “for a price that was far more realistic for a start up business like ours”.

“Our company had an existing in-house software management system that didn’t have a strong financial basis. Needing a system that recognised Mega Music’s customer loyalty focus, Mega Music required a multi site that allowed for continued growth, stock to be transferred across sites, and reporting for laybys, services and repairs whilst working from one centralised database that could operate on or offline.
