From our beginning in 1980, we have grown to become one of Western Australia’s most diverse volunteer-based community service providers.

IBN Group

The Yinhawangka, Banyjima and Nyiyaparli people established IBN in 2001 as Trustee of the IBN Charitable Foundation; created under the Mining Area C Agreement (MACA) with BHP Billiton. The traditional lands of the IBN people are in the high country of North Western Australia.


Enable Western Australia

Enable is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation that has been operating since 1991. We provide support to individuals and their families living with disability and mental health diagnosis, as well as aging, and short and long term illness.



Outcare specialises in working with people prior to and after their release from prison as well as those at risk of becoming embedded in the criminal justice system. We have a presence in every major correctional facility in the metropolitan area (except Wandoo) and deliver a range of services within the community. We run culturally specific programs for Aboriginal people, as well as specialist programs for people with cognitive disabilities and mental health issues. As families of prisoners need support, we offer a range of services to assist them and keep families connected.

Hope Community Services

For over a century, Hope Community Services has been providing much needed support to people affected by alcohol and other drugs, poor mental health, and socioeconomic disadvantage in Western Australia. HOPE’s dedicated staff and volunteers are fully engaged in the local communities where they live, and work with individuals, families, and communities to deliver services that best meet their needs.


WA Primary Health Alliance

WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is the organisation that oversees the strategic commissioning functions of the three Western Australian Primary Health Networks: Perth North, Perth South and Country WA.
